Ordering & Delivery

All items and postage charges are priced using UK pounds.

We aim to make ordering as simple and straight forward as possible.

Once your online transaction has been completed the goods will be prepared for delivery.

Although a BACS payment is preferred, orders can be placed using a Credit or Debit Card via our secure online system. Card transactions are processed by Stripe.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in relation to weight. Certain items such as furniture, will incur individual shipping costs. In these circumstances you will be contacted directly further details.

Once you have chosen your items, enter the shipping address and the cost will be added to your total in the Check Out section.

Any customs fees or local taxes on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges.

All information submitted will not be shared or passed on to third parties and will only be used in processing your order.

Please allow 20 – 30  working days for delivery; in many instances it will be less.

Orders are processed only once payment in full has been received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent notifying you of this and an estimated delivery date.
Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately.

If, for some reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.

If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as same day courier service within the M25), please let us know.

Sales Tax for International Customers

Customers outside of the EU are not liable to pay 20% VAT costs. This sales tax will be deducted from the total when you select your delivery option. Please note that books, magazines and other publications are exempt from VAT in the UK and you will not receive a further discount on these items.

Item Availability

All orders are subject to availability and any items in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging all details of your order. This email is not the final acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

BRIDIE HALL AT HOME reserves the right not to accept your order.

In the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment/that we are unable to ship a particular item for any reason/that any item from your order is out of stock or does not satisfy our QC standards for any reason – we will notify you of your order cancellation.

Item Description

Photographs are taken as accurately as possible however colours in the photos may slightly differ to the finished product.

Every attempt is made to ensure that photographs, descriptions and sizes of all products on the site are accurate. Please contact us at info@bridiehall.com if you require further information on any item.

On-Selling via Third Parties

In no circumstances may a retail stockist of Bridie Hall Ltd products be permitted to on-sell via any third party platforms. Failure to follow this condition will result in an immediate termination of the retail stockists account and recall of products.


BRIDIE HALL AT HOME will only provide refunds or exchanges on unused, undamaged merchandise.

Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following-:
“personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition. This includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any item to BRIDIE HALL AT HOME within 5 days of receipt via INFO@BRIDIEHALL.COM.

Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping costs. Customers are liable for return and reshipment costs on all exchanged items. We advise that you insure these items as we will not be liable for items lost in transit.

All items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 14 days of original receipt.

We will refund items via the original payment method with 7 working days.

International customers must state ‘RETURNED ITEMS’ on all packages, or you may be liable for additional charges levied by UK customs.
